As the owner I have directly worked with different companies which had their own niche in the world of construction. Commercial buildouts, commercial envelopes, public agencies, high-end residential and United States Military.

I have taken a little bit of it all and formed what is known today as THE WZ GROUP LLC. Over the years I have established relationships with reputable subcontractors, engineers, architects and designers. Having what owners need to build, renovate or remodel in one company simplifies the project.

With such a collaboration of talent we are able to reduce cost, expedite the project in a timely manner, provide transparent communication between the owner and our management, in order to reduce error we create custom submittal packages and mock-ups for approval.
